Any goods sold by Styl Design or its authorised distributors/dealers and only where the goods are used and serviced within Australia.
Before installing, check the good(s) for any defects. DON’T install if you find anything wrong. Instead, contact us straight away. Installing this product means both you and the installer have deemed it acceptable.

Where Styl deems it appropriate, various visible components and products requiring only minor rectification under guarantee may be supplied on a “parts only” basis to the customer.
Damage or failure resulting from accidental impact, misuse or negligence.
Unsuitable use or maintenance, malfunction of goods due to dodgy installation, incorrect repairs and repairs made by unauthorised technicians, unauthorised alterations, the use of non-original spare parts, modifications or substitutions of any parts of the product or item in question.
The installation is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend having a qualified installer perform the task, and all plumbing to be done by a registered/licensed plumber in accordance with state/territory laws.
Consumable components such as flow controller, plug and waste, and fittings
Rusting, scratching, normal wear and tear, discolouration, spotting, damage by chemicals/cleaning products, corrosion caused by carbon steel items.
Damage due to excessive heat, such as thermal shock; hot pots placed on the drainer, sink, or cutting board surface. i.e. anything that exceeds the recommended maximum heat resistance of the individual product. For details, refer to our care guide(s)
Imperfections in the finish or in the natural materials used should not be considered as a fault but rather a typical characteristic of these crafted products
Outdoor use unless placed in an alfresco area with a solid roof covering and a minimum of 2 walls.
We don’t refund or accept returns in the case of change of mind, you no longer want the goods, you don’t like them, or have ordered a product in the wrong size or colour.
Charges may apply for non-warranty services performed.
All costs of re-installation, relocation, cartage, freight, mileage expenses and insurance associated with this warranty and services are to be paid for by the person making the claim.
The repair or replacement of a product during the warranty period is at the discretion of Styl or its authorised representatives. If we replace a product or part, the warranty remains based on the original date of purchase.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:
– cancel your service contract with us, and
– refund for the unused portion, or
– reimbursement for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does amount to a “major failure”, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to reimbursement for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Notwithstanding the preceding clause, the liability of Styl in respect of a breach of a customer guarantee of any warranty made under these warranty terms and conditions for any goods not of a kind ordinarily acquired via personal, domestic or household use is limited, in relation to the goods to the extent permissible by law at the option of Styl:
– any increased costs or expenses,
– any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings,
– any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party, or;
– any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature
whatsoever caused by Styl’s failure in complying with its obligations.

Once you have returned the original sink to us and we confirm that it is in a sellable condition, we will send your replacement on the same day. (Kindly note, goods need to be returned in their original packaging).
If there is any price difference, we will either provide you with store credit or charge you the difference. Please note that any expenses incurred for returning the sink and shipping the replacement will be your responsibility. We make sure that your product(s) are checked all over and packed safely and securely before being sent to you. To not delay or impact your installation, we ask that on receipt of your product(s) please check the goods as soon as they arrive, just to be safe!

Thanks for asking! Our multi purpose roll mat can be used as a pot holder, when you pull your hot roast dinner out of the oven – or it can aid as a drying rack over the top of your sink.
The Styl Roll Mat is made from premium quality 304 grade stainless steel. It’s custom designed to suit the Fibr and the Granit sink ranges nicely.
The three sizes relate to the various bowl sizes in both the Fibr and Granit ranges.
The 380 size suits all sinks in the Fibr range.
The 420 size suits all drainerless Granit models,
whereas the 440 suits the Granit drainer models.
Each size has a lip that will sit perfectly on top of your sink bowl.
Do your best at drying the chopping board straight after washing, and don’t soak.
Keeping your chopping board dry, will ensure the material won’t warp and keep your chopping board in its intended shape. No one likes a wobbly chopping board!
Every once in a while, apply a coat of mineral oil or beeswax.
This will ensure the timber stays hydrated and will stop other liquids from entering the material which causes cracking, bowing and potentially unwanted bacteria growth!

We’re glad you asked. No, our sinks do not come pre-drilled, BUT all top-mount sinks come pre-marked meaning it will be easy to drill the hole in exactly the right spot.

Good question! The Black variant is a DZR Brass mixer that has a black painted finish applied to it. It has a semigloss appearance. The PVD Matte Black variant is made of the superior 304 stainless steel and had a metallic coating applied that is matte black in colour. PVD is more hard wearing, and gives the mixer a more textured finish.
Our PVD matte carbon black mixers are of a stainless steel construct. The matte black finish gets applied via physical vapor deposition technology, a unique coating process where micro-metal particles are deposited onto the substrate material (stainless steel) leaving a beautiful and superior finish, making it extremely durable and extremely hardwearing.
Our PVD mixers are finished with a layer of nano protection, enhancing anti-bacterial properties as well as making it finger print resistant.
Our range includes models that are made of superior DZR (dezincification resistant) brass as well as premium 304 grade stainless steel, which are 100% lead free .
All our mixers are fitted with a 35mm ceramic cartridge.
Depending on the model, this is a 45º left and right or a 90º cartridge.

We’re glad you asked! Yes, our Granit Topmount and Drainer sinks come pre-drilled. The models that come with drainers, choose between left and right bowl(s) orientation. For the single and double topmount bowls (without drainers) the tap hole comes pre-drilled, centered on the tap landing.

Granit sinks are a granite composite sink, made up of 80% granite particles that are crushed into fine particles – this is what gives the sink its colour and texture. The high percentage of granite particle content provides strength and durability. The remaining 20% is a combination of acrylic resins to help bind everything together and form the solid composite material. The substance gets poured and moulded into shape using high pressure and heat to allow the materials to bond.
We understand that one of the concerns you may have regarding our Granit sinks is whether they can be scratched. While any sink can be scratched if treated roughly enough, it’s important to note that Granit sinks are made of 80% Granite particles, which contribute to making the material durable and strong.
If you do happen to get a hairline scratch, it’s easy to buff it out with an everyday fibre cloth or eraser sponge soaked in warm soapy water. Using food grade mineral oil will also help the sink build up natural barriers to be less prone to scratching. Deep scratches may not be repaired as easily. Also as the entire sink is made of the coloured granite particles, scratches wont be very visible; even deep ones.
We understand the technicalities can be a bit confusing at times. We want to make it really simple for you!
You will find detailed drawings of the sink dimensions as well as bench cut out dimensions and minimum cabinet dimensions here. The bench top cut out will take things like bowls and frame lips into consideration.The minimum cabinet length is our recommendation to allow enough space for the bowls and your plumbing needs!

We’re glad you asked! No, our Fibr sinks are reversible, they do not come pre-drilled. Instead they come pre-marked to allow you the flexibility of choosing the orientation that best works for your layout and flow.
Let us explain.. The sink will have two pre-marked tap holes underneath on either side of the sink so you can opt to have the drainer on the left OR the right.

To get the most out of your Fibr sink we would recommend rolling out the multi purpose roll mat , and placing your hot pot or pan on that instead, as its hard to know just how hot your pan is (it depends on how heat was transferred as well as the material its made from).
