The Fibr one and a half bowl sink is one of our most practical sinks and provides you with that little bit EXTRA, whether its pre or post wash rinse, food prep or simply a place to rest your dish wand. We affectionately call it the ‘avid multitasker’.

Our Fibr sinks are crafted from SMC composite; a durable material that combines resins and glass fibres, making them super lightweight, strong, and resistant to scratches, ensuring that they'll look great for years to come. Get a lifetime of compliments with the smooth matte finish, easy wipe curves and modern look of your Fibr kitchen sink. Designed in Europe with a texture similar to granite, the surface feels almost as smooth as the palm of your hand.
Non-porous with a high stain & scratch resistance – easily remove hairline scratches and evil stainers (like turmeric, food colouring, coffee, red wine and more) using an everyday fibre cloth or eraser sponge soaked in warm soapy water.
Throw out harsh cleaning chemicals. Fibr stays clean and hygienic using only warm soapy water – Clean it once a week for best results.
Fibr is made of a non-porous material called SMC composite – a high strength composite material made up of a combination of resins and reinforced with long glass fibres. This makes it lighter than granite, but also stronger and less likely to scratch!
Versatile in any kitchen. Fibr sinks come pre-marked with two tap hole markings, so you get to install your sink with the drainer on the left or right – the choice is yours!

We’re glad you asked! No, our Fibr sinks do not come pre-drilled. Instead they come pre-marked to allow you the flexibility of choosing the orientation that best works for your layout and flow.
Let us explain.. The sink will have two pre-marked tap holes underneath on either side of the sink so you can opt to have the drainer on the left OR the right.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help if you ordered the wrong product.
If you email customercare@styldesign.com.au within 7 days of receiving your sink, we will guide you through the exchange process. Once you have returned the original sink to us and we confirm that it is in a sellable condition, we will send your replacement on the same day.
If there is any price difference, we will either provide you with store credit or charge you the difference. Please note that any expenses incurred for returning the sink and shipping the replacement will be your responsibility. Fibr sinks are made of a revolutionary material known as SMC which is a composite material that is reinforced with glass fibres. Unlike traditional manufacturing methods used for granite or stone sinks, the SMC Composite material is compressed, rather than poured and set, resulting in a sink that is incredibly strong and durable.
One of the major benefits of producing the sink this way is that it is highly resistant to scratching, cracking, and fading. Despite its lightweight design, Fibr sinks have been found to withstand impact up to five times greater than a traditional granite sink in our own testing. While any sink can be scratched if treated roughly enough, it’s important to note that Fibr sinks are made of SMC composite, which is a material that’s stronger than granite and stainless steel, and less likely to scratch.
In fact, Fibr sinks have a sleek matte finish that resists scratches and looks beautiful for years to come. And even if you do happen to get a hairline scratch, it’s easy to buff it out with an everyday magic eraser sponge!
The Fibr sink can withstand temperatures of up to 170º celsius.
To get the most out of your Fibr sink we would recommend rolling out the multi purpose roll mat , and placing your hot pot or pan on that instead, as its hard to know just how hot your pan is (it depends on how heat was transferred as well as the material its made from).

Draining your pasta or rinsing your dishes with hot water won’t be an issue.
We’re pretty proud to say that most stains will come off without much effort at all!

We understand the technicalities can be a bit confusing at times. We want to make it really simple for you!
You will find detailed drawings of the sink dimensions as well as bench cut out dimensions and minimum cabinet dimensions here , alternatively head over to our ‘Installing a Fibr sink page‘.
The bench top cut out will take things like bowls and sink lip into consideration.
The minimum cabinet length is our recommendation to allow enough space for the bowls and your plumbing needs!

How long before an order is dispatched?
If you place your order before 2 pm on most days, we’ll dispatch it on the same day. If not, it’ll be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

How do you price your shipping?
We believe in keeping things simple and straightforward. For Fibr sinks, we offer free shipping to selected metro areas, and for other locations, we calculate the most affordable flat rate possible that’s fair for everyone. Sometimes, we even absorb the extra cost ourselves, but we think it’s worth it for our customers.
At the moment, Styl Design does not offer a standard trade discount. However, if you’re planning to place a large order, we’d love to discuss the possibility of offering you a discount that meets your needs.
